How You Receive Your Purchase

Everything we sell is digital. We email your purchase, as a download link or as access details, to the email address you gave at checkout, as soon as possible after your payment is confirmed. Delivery is prepared by our team, so it is not instant.

Please check your email address carefully before you pay. We send your purchase to the address entered at checkout and cannot be responsible for delivery to a mistyped address.

Downloads and Access

Download promptly and keep a backup of your files. If a link stops working or access fails, contact us with your order reference and we will help.

Faulty Files

If a file is corrupted or will not open, contact us at motiongo.studio@outlook.com and we will send a working copy. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the cases we can refund.
