Orders

When you place an order and pay, you are offering to buy the products you selected. A contract forms only once Motiongo Studio Sdn. Bhd. (202601039593 / 1701688-V) confirms your order.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.

Licence

Digital products are licensed to you, not sold. Unless the product page says otherwise:

• you may use the assets in your own projects, including client work and monetised videos
• you may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the raw files, or upload them to any stock, marketplace or file-sharing site
• you may not present the assets, or any collection of them, as your own library
• copyright and all other rights in the assets stay with Motiongo Studio Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors

Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, Motiongo Studio Sdn. Bhd. (202601039593 / 1701688-V)'s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
